Technical Support
To meet the demands of our rapidly increasing user base, our global Technical Support Team continues to increase in size. Approximately 25% of our worldwide staff are dedicated to directly supporting our customers from UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, USA and Canadian offices.
In 2007 the Support Team handled some 35,000 support calls and we trust that all our customers will continue to find our customer support services as useful in 2008 as they have in the past year.
We are justifiably proud of our record for rapid and effective support and in a recent independent review of our support services, 96% of the users surveyed rated CSC as "good or better" with 62% of respondents rating our services as "very good".
I am writing in appreciation of the first class service provided by a CSC Technical Consultant with the Orion software package. It is only recently that we acquired this software . . . the end result has been very satisfying. CSC Support has been great in listening and understanding each problem at its root level and solving it with technical expertise. An A+ is deserved for the quality of service and support given to us.
